Common questions

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your App Store subscription settings and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my deliveries if I downgrade?
Your existing digests and sources are preserved. Deliveries and sources beyond the free plan (one delivery, 15 sources) pause until you upgrade again.
Is there a free trial?
Yearly Pro starts with 7 days free; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Monthly Pro has no trial. The free plan has no time limit.
Do you offer refunds?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. If you get stuck, email jamie@siftly.space and we'll help.
