Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the Siftly mobile application or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Siftly collects content from sources you connect — such as newsletters, RSS feeds, podcasts, stock tickers, and weather — and delivers it to you as scheduled digests. The Service depends on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Microsoft, podcast and RSS publishers); we do not control and are not responsible for their availability or content.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account tab in the app; deletion permanently erases your account and associated data.

4. Connected Accounts

When you connect an email or other third-party account, you grant Siftly permission to access that account only as needed to provide the Service (for example, reading newsletters from senders you select). You may disconnect an account at any time. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected accounts complies with the terms of those services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Parts of the Service require a paid subscription (“Siftly Pro”). Subscriptions purchased in the app are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled through your store account settings. Prices may change with notice; changes apply at the next renewal. Except where required by law or by the app store's refund policies, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
  • Attempt to access other users’ data or probe the Service’s security
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including automated bulk access
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or content obtained through it
  • Circumvent subscription limits or payment requirements

7. Content

Content delivered through Siftly (newsletters, articles, podcasts, market data) belongs to its respective publishers and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Siftly does not claim ownership of it and does not guarantee its accuracy — including stock and weather data, which is informational only and not financial or safety advice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siftly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
